Books & Blankets is a cozy, intentional virtual book club where we slow down, read together, and reflect in community. We gather online to discuss a shared book, explore meaningful themes, and connect through thoughtful conversation. No pressure to finish every page or have all the answers. This is a space to show up as you are, listen deeply, and let the words on the page spark reflection in your everyday life.

This Month’s Read: all about love by bell hooks

In All About Love, bell hooks invites us to rethink everything we’ve been taught about love, moving beyond romance and toward love as a daily practice rooted in care, honesty, accountability, and connection. Through personal reflection and cultural critique, she reminds us that love is not just something we feel, but something we choose and actively live out in our relationships with ourselves, others, and community.

How It Works

• We read one book over a 4 week period and meet every Tuesday to discuss selected chapters

• You’re welcome to join whether you’ve finished the reading or not

• Participation looks different for everyone. Listening counts just as much as sharing

• Zoom link will be sent upon registration.
