About the event
Black Girl Day Off is an invitation for Black women to step away from the work, the responsibilities, the caregiving, the deadlines, the expectations, and take some time for ourselves.
So on October 11, we’re creating a space where you don't have to accomplish a damn thing. Just save the date and save a little space for yourself.
Come rest. Color. Journal. Read. Stretch. Sip something. Talk to somebody. Don’t talk to anybody. Close your eyes. Sit somewhere and simply be.
